Overview

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to oversee our tire sales operations.
This role requires a strong background in automotive sales, with a preference for candidates who have experience in car spare parts, car batteries, or tires. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a sales team and achieving challenging sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Manage a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
•  Identify new business opportunities and establish strong customer relationships.
•  Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share.
•  Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met.
•  Provide training and support to your sales team, ensuring continuous growth and success.
•  Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and grow revenue.
•  Foster relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
•  Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast needs, and make informed decisions.
•  Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand objectives.

Qualifications:
•  10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in car spare parts, car batteries, or tires.
•  Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
•  Strong understanding of the automotive market and tire industry.
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•  Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
