 The technical support team is always ready to empower our partners with the knowledge, experience, and training they need to sell and distribute their products. We have a capable team of engineers and technicians that can train and support our partners in a timely and professional manner.  

  •  After-sale services 

We provide full after-sales services to the products we supply. It covers end-to-end service in components, spare parts, replacements, warranty and repairing in our full facility service center and/or our partners’ facilities. 

  • Training 

 We are capable to conduct and design training programs for our products. These can be customised depending on the partner’s requirement and objective.  

2.   Customer Care 

We are committed to providing the best service and support to our customers: by continuously developing our people, policies, and processes. Our customer service charter sets out our commitment to our partners and outlines the standard of service that clients can expect in dealings with us.
